Ross Asset Management Complaints

The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) is currently investigating the affairs of Ross Asset Management and David Ross. Please see the FMA’s website – www.fma.govt.nz for updates on the FMA’s inquiry.

Ross Asset Management is a participant in FSCL’s independent external dispute resolution scheme.

On 6 November 2012 the High Court appointed John Fisk and David Bridgman of PwC as receivers and managers of Ross Asset Management and David Ross. The receivers can be contacted on 04 462 7040 or see http://www.pwc.co.nz.
